RECLAIMED PLATFORM

A low, wide platform built from reclaimed pine, the top composed of multiple narrow planks laid horizontally and edge-joined into a single flat surface, the seams between them reading as a quiet, rhythmic grid across the face. The wood has silvered and dried unevenly, each plank absorbing age at its own pace — the grain raised, the knots standing proud, the tones shifting from warm grey to deep brown across the surface. The base is solid plank construction of equal depth, keeping the whole piece low and floor-hugging with no leg or foot of any kind.
