Justco must charge sales tax unless the purchaser provides a resale certificate or bill of lading proving the piece is being shipped out of state. 

To assist our clients and designers in visualizing items within their intended space, Justco offers a memo service that allows select in-store merchandise to be borrowed for a period of 24–48 hours.

Clients are fully responsible for memoed items until they are returned in the same condition as received. If an item is returned damaged, altered, scratched, stained, dented, or in any way different from its original state, the client’s credit card will be charged the full retail value. All original tags and packaging must remain intact and unopened. A $1,500 merchandise minimum is required to qualify for the memo service.

Memo duration is 24 hours for non-trade clients and 48 hours for trade clients, unless otherwise arranged. If items are not returned within the agreed time frame, a restocking fee may apply. Borrowed merchandise may not be used for photoshoots, staging, or set design purposes. Abuse of this policy may result in the suspension of memo privileges.
