MODERNIST LOUNGE CHAIRS IN WOVEN LINEN

This pair of low lounge chairs has a strict, box-like silhouette. The square arms are set at the same height as the back, a loose seat cushion sits within the frame, and the back sits slightly above the body. Each chair is raised on slim, square black metal legs set in from the corners, so the upholstered body seems to float above the floor. They have been upholstered in a coarse, open-weave natural linen or hemp in a warm oatmeal tone, with a visible slub and a soft, dry hand. The upholstery is clean and holds a crisp line, with light wear.
