ADIRONDACK CAMPING TABLE
A large folding camp table in aged wood and iron, the wide plank top — nearly ten feet long — resting on two A-frame trestle bases braced by original iron rod cross ties that bolt tight to keep the legs rigid and true. The wood has dried and bleached to a warm, silvery tone across the surface, each plank marked by decades of outdoor use. The legs fold flat under the top for transport, the whole table collapsing into a form that could be loaded onto a wagon, a boat, or a truck. Originating from the camp culture of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, these tables were built for the great camps, hunting lodges, and gathering halls of the region — designed to seat many people at once and to last. This one has. One of one.
